Just my .02, the tri-star look doesnt do it for me. Transports me back to 1995 when the tri-star Antera was popular! LOL

The black looks good, the chrome looks like what D said. Lowenhart has been active with new wheels recently.

Yeah, I like the look of the black, but I agree with D, the tri-star just isn't my style...

Hey...you were just a kid then. Surprised you remember those wheels. I guess you've been into cars a long time. It's those wheels that make these so hot...they're so much sleeker, better looking and better quality than those old school wheels.

LOL I was 16 man, I didnt have a car, but I still new everything about them. That was pretty much the explosion of Plus sizing, Antera was at the forefront of that with the 101, 109, and 123. I remember when they put the 123 on a 328 in 18" chrome. I could have passed out when I saw that!!! LOL Imagine that, 18" being HUGE!

Ugggh, hideous rims. Except for the lip in the rear

Well, they're still better than my stock 15's

Everyone's got their own taste but hideous? I'm lost. Ooh...you don't like things that are different. That's cool, I did ask for opinions. Maybe you guys need to see it in person as I have. It has presense not many wheel's have. Yeah it reminiscent of the old school 3-spoke but doesn't really look like them. To each his own...

Not a big fan of the tri-spoke but I'm sure it is a high quality wheel.

for being different and going out on a limb.

Hmmm, kinda like, but not quite as much as GlobeCLK's rims. Ok, ok, ok. My car, when I bought it came with the Antera Tri-Star type rims with little Lexus center caps. They finally got taken off only a week ago. It was painful being seen with them.

Yes, I'm a wheel fanatic. Here are 2 more I just am absolutely crazy about. The first, like the Lowey, don't come in 19 or else I'd be getting it.
The Lorenzo L04

It does come in 20.

This one used to be sold by Maido Wheels as the BR3. They discontinued it is the US but it's still available in Japan where it's called the Bersaglio Spoke 3.
