I finally received my new project car after waiting a few weeks for all the paperwork to go through. I originally was going for the SC430 but money was an issue for a $60K car so I look at my other options. After researching for cars, the G35 6MT was the next best Bang for the Buck. I went to every dealer and no luck for the options I wanted. They say I had to wait for the next shipment which was the beginning of March. While waiting impatiently for the G35 to come in, I came across a car with an awesome price tag that I couldn't resist so I bought her from the private seller.

It's a 2003 Alpine White w/ Black Nappa Leather, SMG, 6,500 miles, Premium Package, Park Distance Control, Tinted windows and clear bumper reflectors all for only $45K. For this price, there's no way I was going to let it go. If I plan on selling this car, I can easily make $3K to $4K profit but I didn't buy this car to make money, I bought it because of the great deal I received.

Let me tell you guys, this car is a blast to drive around. I wanted a sports car and now I have it. The SMG is so much fun to play around with. The cornering is awesome, grips the floor really well and is fast as hell for a N/A car. This will be my daily driver and the driving is not that bad. I believe it's a tad softer then the Tein Flex setup so driving around the street is pretty comfortable.

Now I have to save up for my future mods: Bilstein Pss9's Coilovers, 19 Work Rezax II, and CF front Lip, HID Angel Eyes and Roof Spoiler. Give me 5 months and I'll have all these mods on. Anyways, here are some pics of my new ride.

Trust me Anthony, I still love coming to CL cause this forum still ROCKS!!! Gonna wait until the new SC body style comes out and I'll see if I'll convert back to a quality car.

Sorry to rock your thread or steal the spotlight for a second, BUT...

When is the new one coming out? Have you heard any details? I hope they discontinue the convertible or have a coupe option.

From what I've read over on SC430, nobody has a clue, all speculations. People assume it will be launch sometime after the new GS and IS comes out in 2005-2006 so maybe it might launch in 2007 or 2008. That's enough time for me to enjoy my ride for now!

I don't know too much about the performance modifications available for the M3, but is there any sort of Forced Induction available? (my guess is No, but there are for the 330s/328s etc.?)

Awesome car, white is the best

Be sure to give a review after owning it for a couple of months

Enjoy
