That's exactly the problem with branded anything nowadays, once it gets popular enough it becomes mass produced and appeals not to someone who appreciates the art and craftsmanship, but to insufferable types of people who either need to brag or compensate. Just look what happened to M cars in less than the last two decades.
That's what makes the LFA special, there are so few of them made, and only very few know and understand what this car really is. Low key collectible that is going to only keep appreciating.
Porsche has a bunch of watches now to milk the 911 GT buyers as an added ADM, I think they are close to $10k 😳
I just looked at those custom Porsche watches. I spec’d one out and it was over $10k the way I would like it. They are pretty nice looking and I heard the movement is a good one in the newer watches although made by a third party.
And yes I have heard some dealers make customers buy one of these watches to get a GT car, ridiculous.
