GR a brand no one understands except a few enthusiasts.
Century same but went from building selling 100 sedan units a month to now struggling to move much compared to competitors which average 1000 units a month.
Plus how many other supercars are launching from the toyota umbrella of brands?
Well, I guess I was wrong about the Sport Concept being all electric (or maybe this concept is, but the production variant won't be an EV), V8 has seemingly been confirmed -- https://www.clublexus.com/articles/t...ota-supercars/
My speculation: the Lexus Sport Concept MAY be the LFR or LFA II. But this concept appears to be all electric. No exhaust, gauges for front and rear motors (but the icons aren't ICE engines)
I'm guessing that Toyota / Gazoo Racing is getting the V8/hybrid car, the one we saw at Goodwood.
And the Lexus Sport Concept is something else, possibly based on the same platform (either a BEV, or simply a design study concept ala the LC-LF). I still think Akio doesn't want Lexus to steal the performance spotlight from his racing brand.
I liked TRD for Toyota and F for Lexus, now we have the all encompassing Gazoo, the least emotive sounding performance brand among all car manufacturers.

There won't be a NA version unfortunately but for sure expect one that's NO hybrid. Maybe in the LX or GX!!!! Wow, a V8 truck. What a concept.
V8s are back lol. I mean, kinda.
All these automakers are clueless on what enthusiasts want lol
Porsche has been selling their GT cars with NA 500hp engine for over 10years now and ppl still can’t get a damn allocation. Sound, response and feel of NA motors is more special than larger HP engine with FI and/or Hybrid.
I assume it will be in the $150-200k price range which will be tough to sell but if it’s between $100-150k, they may have some success.
Project 550-600hp and about same torque
0-60 in the 3s
Weight around 4,000lbs
the lfa came out at $375K 13 years ago. what on earth makes you think the new car will be a third of the price, lol.
