I don't see any metal perfectly fine. Just don't drive over 25mph and don't drive in the rain and make sure you never have to do a panic stop.

unfortunately very common in CA where we don't have inspections...be thankful it's not at the drive wheels.

it's even more apparent at night when the metal is showing - sparks !

This is worse tbh, rear wheels are where the stability comes from and you hit water like that and you will spin instantly. Always have more tread in the back regardless of driven wheels

As long as there are no sparks. It’s all good. Times are tough.

Could be they know, and they may not have enough money for tires. I heard that a lot south of the border 20 years ago and the used tire market made a good living there, but I know a person or two here in Florida that has that issue also.

Used tires are a thing. They’re generally not fantastic, but they’re cheap as hell and not utter garbage like this.

Heck if you buy used premium tires they objectively outperform nearly all the cheap garbage anyway lol!

Yeah, you'll see that all the time here in Vegas. No state inspection and very little precipitation lets them get away with it for a very long time.

It's ironic that california bans tint but allows you to run around on bald tires.

I say who cares about the tint, I just don't want to hear those noisy ricer exhausts.

And bad music turned up loud. Lol

My problem is my window is always down while I smoke so I have to hear all that stuff. Lol
