I don't think so - I think the Performance still has the red brake calipers which I don't see here. I believe those are the new Tesla wheels, but they might be aftermarket.. not entirely sure. Car looks sharp for sure.

Those look like the Performance Models tires, but this is how you will tell if it's the M3P

It has to have that badge on the back, and these seats:

Saw my first new M3P in the wild in gray. It was new with temp tags and looked great. I was behind him at a light and as luck would have it he was first in line at the light in the left lane and I was right behind him.

He took off and I kind of slept at the wheel because I didn’t think he was going to floor it but it didn’t take me long to reel him in and go by him. We gave each other a thumbs up and he said he had no chance even though there was no way for him to know I had a Plaid since he was in front of me. I would have a hard time going to a slower car and it’s insane that a M3P is considered a slow car compared to the Plaid.

I was seriously considering at one time a used Plaid, but like you said, you can never go back.

There are two reasons I'm going to eventually get a Model 3 Performance.... seats and adaptive suspension. The 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds is something you pull out as a party trick. At my age I just want a smooth drivetrain, nice seats, and have the ability to occasionally have some fun

There really is no reason to get anything faster than a M3P.

Yep, if I get an M3P I’ll probably get myself into a spot of bother at some point, but were I to get a Plaid I’d definitely get myself into trouble.

Is it a really thin badge or a sticker?

Didn't you already take delivery of your M3 Performance? Or are you regretting your color choice? My philosophy is never look back, no regrets unless it's a really bad product

jeff, photo tip, stand further away from cars and only zoom in if necessary, and don't use wide angle. won't have the weird lens distortion then.

It's a badge, similar to the Plaid badge.
