I am looking for paint for a scratch which is just a line. instead of taking my car to the Dearl ship is there a way I could use the paint touch-up kit and hide the scratch. please suggest.

Try some Meguiars Ultimate Compound...around $12 or so. It is an excellent product and does not dull the clear coat at all.

+1, I've used it on several occasions for small scratches on both the Lexus and the BMW. There were some scratches around the door handle on the BMW, presumably from bags or rings or something of that nature, and you'd never know. The compound took care of them with little effort. I will say - there's a limit to how many times you can use it... Polishing is just tiny-scratching, if you will.

Yeah this, you would only need a hand pad to apply it as well.
