That would definitely go into the not true category. But like any other car, Tesla doesn't protect you from stupid

But for sake of argument, if I swerved into you would the car do anything?

It would warn me and automatically activate the cameras and record the event. If I was using Autopilot, it would brake if you cut in front of me
