not at airports or even hotels. i just stayed at 2 hotels. each had 1 or 2 chargers. neither was available to use and hogged by a car all day and night. i would have appreciated the ability to use for a couple of hours (11k L2 charger adds about 10% an hour to my car). i ended up driving to a local EA charger and did 45-80% in 12 minutes.
Tesla limits your charging when it knows that charger is either busy or getting to be busy.
this has worked for years, they just need to copy what Tesla superchargers are doing.
Limiting to 80% when your chargers are free makes no sense whatsoever.
makes sense... but how does that help if someone left the car and it's plugged in long after it's charged to whatever level?
maybe the article didn't accurately reflect what EA is doing when they're not busy, but it does say this new model is being tested at 'popular' stations.
(edit i now see this is in the article upon re-reading) ) EA now has 'idle' charges so if you don't leave within 10 minutes after charging, you'll be charged (ha) $.

Tesla charges you an "Idle Fee" of $1 per minute if you leave your car plugged in more than 10 minutes at the charger after reaching the set limit. EA similar

ok so that's the same as EA only EA is 40c vs $1 right now.
Since we don't have a "What did you do to your EV today" thread, I'll just drop this here.
Being the non-trusting type, I decided to do my own tire rotation on the Y today. While I could have had it done for free at the Discount Tire right down the street, I thought it better to spend a few hundred on a new jack, pucks and torque wrench. I really like how you just need to jack up the front and both tires come off the ground. I did stick a jack stand under the back, just for peace of mind.
I just did a front to back rotation this time. I'll cross on the next one. I noticed that the factory really under torques their wheels. All of mine were under 90 ft/lbs. The manual states 129. I was questioning my torque wrench, so I ran a search and found out this is a thing with Tesla. These 20" wheels are pretty heavy! I cleaned them really well before reinstalling.
That should be about it for maintenance this year!

Good job 👍. I should really do the rotation myself, I have everything from the jack and Jack stands, pucks and torque wrench in my garage
