It's not so much with the models of the car; it has more to do with the volume of similar vehicles in the area, and the amount of selling competition within the location. Actually, location plays an important role to the resale value of a car (e.g. luxury vehicles in certain parts of Cali can go for really low values). Go to Autotrader.com and you'll see what I mean.
