fake L's - upside down 7's??

Default fake L's - upside down 7's??

i always see chrome lexus rims... but they dont have the real L's on the center cap?? it looks like an upside down 7... someone explain this to me cuz ive been thinking about it for a while and dont understand it.. unless the rims are knockoffs

Those wheels with the upside down 7 aren't Lexus OEM. It usually means the wheel is offered as an aftermarket upgrade or alternative to the stock OEM wheels. I went to a local dealer a couple weeks ago and saw the upside down 7 logo on the new centercap conversion for the SC430 pie plates...looked pretty cheezy IMO.

At Nopi this year, we saw a Camry with an upside down L on his hood. I had to stop JamieCBR900 from slapping the guy. Not sure if we have pics of it.

I've seen some Lexani rims with the same exact emblem: the "L" with the sharp corners. The Lexus "L" is rounder on the corners.
