Arrived...2023 Model Y in Black
Well, they ended up telling me that I needed to take it in, just in case they needed to change the bottom cover. Turns out what I thought was rubber molding was one of the brush pieces that got stuck and came off lol. So I cancelled the service
LOL yeah I saw that above.
So Tesla owners, you are in for a treat tonight. On midnight, Jan 1st, your Tesla will perform a light show. If you are around other Tesla's, it will synchronize with them. Unfortunately I am heading to my brother in laws house, and we are taking the German Shepherd due to the fireworks in our area (which freak her out), so we will be taking the dog car, our Sienna to his house. I tried to see if I could fit her carrier in the Y, but it's too tall, and she is just to stinky, and shedding way to much to put her in the Y (it's been too cold to give her a bath). But, I will video my brother in laws Model 3 at midnight!
Park assist is cool as heck. But, fly in ointment is I really think it needs higher rez cameras like in hardware 4. Still, it's becoming more and more clear why Tesla hasn't gone with a traditional birds eye view this is many factors more advanced. Frustrating that it is taking so long.

You should really consider moving to either a Model 3P (Highland) or a Model Y Performance. They are nowhere near the level of your Plaid in performance, but they perform really well, and are solid. I know tons of people with both Model 3 and Model Y's and have had no issues with them. One of my friends is still driving his 2018 Model 3 with over 100K on it. I plan to keep mine at least 8 years

Totally different demographic and completely different car. I just find it funny - nothing personal at you or trying to trivialize the "pros" of practicality (MY)/(M3) cost vs. S.
Clearly for Patgilm , it's not because of cost reasons that he got an S and the Y may be more "practical", but not by a whole lot.

Why does every Model 3/Y owner try to convince someone who very deliberately bought an S to ditch the S and get a 3/Y? Lol

. And why dealerships don't look forward to EV's going mainstream...
