That would have to be pretty extreme of a conversion. The engine would have to be turned 90 degrees, there would have to be a new tranny, new exhaust, drive shaft, blah blah blah. Since there's no tunnel for the tranny and drive shaft to lay in, would the floor have to be raised to accomodate? Some one would really have to love their RSX to spend that kinda money to get it converted. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

I've always loved the Type R...I still think the OG Integra Type R is a better classic design...The RSX design is not all that great, looks too typical IMO...

But it is as good as front wheel drive comes. I would drive the pants off that car. I LOVE driving my friends B16 crx. What a fun car! Im actually thinking of building a budget b16 EG hatch for a daily to keep the miles off the lex ( and have something more suitable for the weekend autocross).

the Type-S is not quite a Type-R. It's missing 20hp, suspension stuff, racy interior, aerodynamics, and the lightweightedness. However those can be done easily with some money invested.

True it's not FR or AWD hence not as good as most people would think but it's the world's best handling FF car. I wouldn't mind drive one of those. But then again when the RSX-typeS is the same price as the WRX it's really hard for me to go with the RSX tho.

If it was left-hand drive, its not a real Type-R.
