Just wondering......what are your other vehicles. My household drives NOTHING but Toyota cars. Scion, Toyota, Lexus.......we DO have an older Dodge Viper SRT10 truck which never gets driven because the gas mileage is horrible. Oh, we also have a couple 1,000cc sport bikes.
Currently BMW X5 Plug in and a Polestar 2. We are expecting our Rivian R1S within a few months. Have had.... way too many to list. That SRT10 Truck was always on my bucket list!
Only Lexus and Honda in my family. But lately alot of other brands seem to be attractive. I'm starting to dig the Ford Explorers as they look really clean for an SUV. Than theres the new Mustangs, Challengers, Camaros - just fun cars with a focus on the motor.
Outside of our LX, we have a Model Y Performance. And also this 6 seater street legal Evolution golf cart with Li Ion battery! We changed out the seat color but this is the cart before we put baseball glove seats in. We drive this all around a couple of communities near us that have restaurants, parks, etc. It has been awesome. We've put 200 miles on it in about 7 weeks.
I’ve got a couple. The white one I’ve owned since new in 06 and I’ve put over 75,000 Smiles on it thru eleven states so far. Planning a tour thru Monument Valley and up Pikes Peak this summer with my son.
My daily is a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Touring. I don't drive it daily. It's my first non-Toyota/Lexus car and my first FF car. I like it much more than I expected. I miss the 2016 IS350 F Sport, but enjoy this car more than I expected to. I went to Kernville, CA a year ago and coming down the twisties was really fun. The car is planted and does what you expect.

I had a 10th gen 2018 Civic Si, got the itch to go back to a manual. Installed Two Step Performance stage 1 tune, Mishimoto Intercooler and a performance exhaust. Had it about a year, but it just wasn't for me, so bought a 2nd Gen IS350 and sold it. Fun car though
I decided life is too short to drive appliances any longer. So I only own 2 BMW M coupes, and one is a 2013 M3 convertible. The other is a 2021 BMW M4. I don't even consider 4-door cars or SUVs any longer in my car buying decision.
I've never had a "weekend car", but in the past I've had "rainy day" appliances to use when it rains (or when I need to shuttle more than one or haul stuff). But I never had a car only to be used on the weekends or special occasions, I've just had other vehicles for practical reasons...or because I didn't feel like cleaning my fun car so I'd drive the appliance if I expected rain (or ice, or snow, etc.).
However, now, with multiple ride-sharing apps which don't seem to be going anywhere and the advent of Turo, I'm no longer owning a car simply for practicality. It'll be cheaper for me to simply rent a car (or use Uber/Lyft) when I need to drive multiple people around, or if a major storm is coming. Owning an SUV or sedan 365 days/year just to have it for when I need to move or haul people is no longer making fiscal sense with car payments, insurance fees, increased emissions regulations, etc.
And now I just drive my fun cars in the rain and clean them up afterward.
So, I'm going all in...only fun cars for me from here on out. I'll rent the proverbial appliance when I need it (or I'll borrow one from family or friends when necessary). Wish I would have made this decision a bit sooner, but I needed Turo and Uber/Lyft to be successful ventures beforehand.
