Unintended Acceleration Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation, Case No. 8:10ML2151 JVS (FMOx). Please be advised that all appeals have been resolved in favor of the settlement and in favor of monetary benefits to Class Members that filed valid claims.

As of March 14, 2014, we have commenced mailing Distribution Payments to eligible Class Members in accordance with the Court-approved Settlement Agreement. Anyone got their money yet?
I filed more than a month ago but haven't received anything yet.

 

No one got their money?

 

you are probably late to submit a claim but if you were still able to make the claim; the check will take months before you recieve it.

 

I submitted my claim before the deadline.

 

Then give it a couple weeks. It took awhile for my check.

 

After waiting a year, the cheque finally came in a week ago.....

 

Same here, I got it last week.
