talk to regency toyota under name peter chow, got best deal with him , both my toyota and my lexus.

Or talk to Cody Kukkola over at Jim Pattison Northshore Lexus. I got a great deal from him for a RX450h.

I just purchased my CT200h from Keith Kong at JP Lexus North Van, he is amazing, i got a great deal, and they didn't give me any pressure during the whole purchase, which is it never happened to me before at other dealerships.
