Should be Longo. Haven't experienced their sales department, but I'd say most dealerships have a few slimy people involved. Worst is Keyes, who are so regimented and rehearsed to extract every possible dollar, they could use robots to run the place. Might have something to do with the snooty and foreign Ventura Blvd. Corridor nearby (workers and customers).
Longo may or may not have been physically the largest Lexus dealer in the state, but from what I know about it (even though I live some 3000 miles away on the East Coast), it was certainly was one of the most advanced and refined. They keep most, if not all of their stock under cover in special buildings that shielded them from sun/storms/bird-dropping/vandalisim and lessened the chances of the cars being damaged.
One of Longo's past sales-ladies, Elizabeth (Liz) Hyun, who unfortunately passed away prematurely (RIP) , was a longtime member of CL's staff, often helping and giving advice to prospective new Lexus-buyers here in CAR CHAT and other CL forums. She is, of course, still missed today.

You are correct. Longo Lexus stores their vehicle stock underground. Elizabeth (Liz) Hyun (AsianGirl007 CL screen name) worked for Longo Lexus for quite some time.
Steven's Creek in NorCal is the biggest volume dealer followed by mine Lexus of Pleasanton. Thankfully we're going to rebuild a new dealership (facility) hopefully starting next year

She also spent some time selling Toyotas. Thanks, BTW, for catching my typo on her last name.....I went back and corrected it.
Longo has a well-known reputation all across the U.S. Even the local Lexus shops here on the East Coast respect that dealership.
after longo, who is the largest lexus dealership in southern california?
Likely the one listed above in northern CA. Back in southern CA, Keyes in Van Nuys is quite large. They also have a sister store in Santa Clarita. Right now, just about all dealers are wiped out of inventory. Terrible time to gain a new car.
May I ask why you ask?
Will buy es350 by the end of december. Looking to focus on the larger dealerships. Anyone want to share what pricing they may have received on a es 350 recently.
