Yeah it probably is their strategy to avoid my emails (hence saying my email got lost) .its honestly not worth my time complaining, they wont respond anyways. Ill just let people know to not grab wheels from them.
I Already shelled out 200 for the rim to get fixed at nu brite, if they dont care ,they dont care, their not getting any more business from me anymore.

Also that message i sent via clublexus to the wheeldude member. still no response. been like 2 weeks. thats some good customer service!!

I go to volco tires on Marine Dr. They have been doing very good job on all my tire/wheel needs. Plus they will do seasonal wheel/tire swap for $40 which includes balancing and they never damage any of my wheels/tires. I wouldn't go to Canadian Tire as I had some pretty bad experience with them in the past.

Volco Tires either in Richmond or Marine Drive. Both places are great and never had any issues with my wheels.
