Hey Guy and Gals, we're getting to the end of our decent weather and I was hoping for maybe one last meet and got for a cruise. Weather looks to be pretty decent next Saturday October 1st. I figured we can do a cruise to Mount Seymour and maybe grab food after.

I'm thinking maybe to a pre-meet in the afternoon at 6pm at the Home Depot parking lot by Gilmore Ave. and Lougheed Hwy. in Burnaby and then cruise up to Mt. Seymour. What do you guys think? Can we get a show of hands who is interested?

I would still be down as long as it's not too rainy. If it's just like today, that's fine.

 

I'm gonna be there rain or shine. But I'll be taking the RX cuz I'm have a couple issues with the GS

 

I might be there in the mr2... Gs is now jacked up and still messing aroun with timing belt and hub as some parts came in late...

WTF?

1: Most fuel efficient car dont want to go Mt Seymour because it wastes gas?
2: 2 of us broke off and caught LOTS of lights and can't catch until we're at the destination (we tried to catch a lot on highway already)
3: Gas sipper didn't follow the lead on return trip thus all cars followed him... I tried to catch and flooring it everywhere I can to re-lead but he went what? 200? I tried my best, but my MR2 does not go 200. by the time I am on top of Taylor way you guys are on Lionsgate.

Next time if that guy comes let me know earlier, I'll be bringing out the CL600 just so I have a chance to catch his gas sipper.

It's a cruise, not a race, if someone doesn't know how to lead, fall back.

 

Thanks for coming out guys. it was fun. Ya I'll be the first to admit it was a pretty unorganized. Next time I plan anything (if I plan another one) It will be planned well ahead of time and with an actual plan LOL

EDIT: Ya I don't know what was up with felix. He was pretty much on his own agenda and wanted to do his own thing. I thought he was still behind you which was why I followed him, but further ahead I could see you weren't there. If I saw him break off from you I would have just followed you. But ya he definitely does not know how to lead a convoy. But ya sorry to anyone who had a hard time catching up. We all ended up in Benkei for ramen
