Default Is this LS430 a good deal?

I was in the Bay area yesterday
went to a lexus dealership in Fremont, CA

found a 2005 LS430 Ultra Lux with only 12,000 miles going for $35000 USD

it was so clean and prestine, like it was almost new
has NAV, backup camera, ultra lux seats in the rear with seat tilt and massage, ML audio...etc

im a bit tempted in getting it

is that a good deal considering cost of import, transportation, current exchange rate?

Too high ,after exchange and import fees.
A canadian 05 can be had for 30 as they can't sell the old ones anymore.

oh it also has executive package
rear seats tilt

but the more i think about it, the more it doesnt make sense for me to upgrade from GS300 w/ only 35,800 miles

i only use it to commute to work nowadays, dont really drive anyone else in it

I am not sure how long you plan to keep it, but I'd consider the resale power of the car too. It is really hard to resell a US car in Canada I think.

Just wait for a few months, no one is buying cars right now. I see some really sick deals in LA.
