I am currently a GS owner and now thinking about buying a UL 03 LS430 and was wondering if this is a good deal..it has 68k silver (not that color will play factor in price). I am working on a deal to get it for 25.5k from a local dealership. Is that a good/decent price?

assuming that the car is in a good condition, clean carfax, no paint work before in anyway, it is a good deal.

I recently bought my 01 UL blk/blk with 66k miles for 23000, and I think it was a pretty good deal. Yours is 03, hence 2.5k extra is understandable.

As long as the car is in good condition, I'd say go for it!

btw, I also own a 2 gen gs300. LS430 UL is a MUUUUCCCHH better car. You will be 100% happy.
