bought it from ICBC fixed the bodywork. when you buy something from ICBC they don't tell you anything about the car.

most will agree, if your living in vancouver, and i mean the city of vancouver, chances are you are very careful where you are driving with the VI blitz going on. arguments can be made for both sides, but regardless, if they want to ding you on something, they will find something to ding you on, maybe your car is fine, but you walk with a cambered bunk leg which they see you unfit to drive and slap you with a B.I. body inspection
