Seen a red 2IS in coquitlam before.. i think with the OEM lip kit and rims..
On every tuesday night, there's a 1IS at the SFU Surrey campus, CF hood, Blitz front lip, etc.. really nice
Usually in the morning there's a black 1IS with L-Sportline front bumper with the L-Sportline rims, really sweet 
Other than that, I never see cspec around even though we live in the same 'neighborhood'.

There's another Tideland Pearl in Coquitlam that's modded. It has a PC linked to the screen, subs, amps and I think he also has a few TRD braces. I can't remember if he changed his rims or not.

White lowered GS300 on stock wheels. Oh, wait, that was Sorrgwa last night at Starbucks. Nevermind.
I saw a white Soarer on Lougheed last week with a full bodykit (not sure which one). I pulled up to a light and talked to this older English guy driving it. He sais "so, that one have the V-8?" and I responded with a 'yeah'. So he said 'I really like the wheels'. So I thanked him and we drove off on our separate ways.
