Dispute it. I always do; 9 times out of 10 the cop doesn't show, in which case it's dismissed. I have a dispute on now for an infraction on Barnet last Nov. Still no Court date; I have a feeling ICBC's dropped it altogether...

 

my understanding is that if the cop is VPD, then you have a good chance the cop won't show and the case will be dismissed. if the cop is RCMP, you are most likely SOL (they almost always show up in court, and if they can't they will reschedule your court date). this has been my experience in the past, not sure about now tho...

 

I've got one STILL out from May 07 ... it's definitely passed the 'trial in a timely fashion' bit in the charter ... that was the best ticket too!

 

Sorry for the late reply. I had an event going on there. It was between 11:00am till around 5:00 pm.

 

around 7:30 downtown: W Georga & Honrby ... TWO 1ISs. a dark grey one which was behind a blue one (both in the right most lane, you guys turned at Howe) ... I was in the lane next to you guys ... lol THREE 1ISs in the same place at the same time!

and then not 10 min later @ Clarke & 1st there was another 1IS in dark grey going into Vancouver


I feel common today guys.

 

I've had no shows from both. This one was from the new coordinated farce, oops I mean force, that is made up of various lower mainland officers using differently painted cars, and funded by ICBC, I believe. This guy was hiding at the bus stop on that first big curve on Barnet in Port Moody. It was also pouring rain, which makes me suspicious of the accuracy of his laser (curve+rain???). Anyway, I'm still waiting which tells me they've got their hands full, so we'll see what happens there...

 

i have noticed a lot of GS450h running around today, probably 4-5 while driving all over town. but all of the spotted ones are running stock.

 

I know I saw a dark grey 1IS today .,.. but I'm not sure when it was ... this evening I think

one graphite on south marine/columbia..
then another one on 6th street/ 10th ave
and another one Rupert...

is it me, or are there ALOT of nicer cars running around vancouver lately? aston martin, lambo, bentley...omg!

 

they cant drive them when its bad weather.

once the weather turns good, they come out of the garage to play..

spotted and cruised for a bit right behind Burnaby's LS on Hastings before you turned to Willingdon...whip is looking immaculate as usual
