Try Lexus of Richmond Hill and state that you had problems elsewhere before and ask for the best guy to do it, preferbly the foreman. They charge you around $100. It is better to discuss your requirements w/ the person who performs the test directly.

Their machine is pretty new and please ask for the alignment report that shows the figures before and after the alignment. You can actually see the machine closely and clearly through the big service window.

I took my previous IS300 for alignments there multiple times without any problems. They used tapes to protect your rims while doing the alignment test.

There is another excellent store, Engineered Auto, who does Porsche, BMW and other high-end cars but they charge you around $200-250. They used to be the body shop of a Porsche dealer.

They used to do Japanese cars but a few years ago I was told they no longer were able to do alignment for Japanese cars after ther alignment software upgrade.

It's a laser-guided alignment machine. Not sure about the brand but their machine appears to be on par with the ones used by Engineered Auto, as far as precision goes.

They have to put a device on each of the wheels.

Hope it helps.
