So I Feel Like I've Been Scammed By JohnnyBoy.

I Paid Him $2800.00USD For The TE37's He Was Selling.

I Sent Him Payment Thru Paypal On Sept 5th, 2008.

I Asked For Next Day Shipping And Was Told It Was Too Expensive, I Agreed With Ground Shipping, He Said Hed Have The Tracking Number In "10 Minutes" And Its Been 10 Days I See Hes Had Activity And Hs Been Avoiding My PM's.

I Dont Even Want The Wheels Anymore Just My Money Back This Ordeal Has Just Been Nothing But A Headache For Me.

If Anyone Could Please Get In Contact With Him Or Maybe He Can Put Me Up To Date With Whats Happening.

already went thru paypal its a member dispute now but it hasnt escalated to a claim yet.

 

yeah paypal is useless btw. I got scammed and my seller just claimed it got lost in the mail.

 

wow, i've seen johnnyboy's car at a couple So Cal meets and i know he's coo with more than a couple CL'er in the SoCal area. maybe your jumping the gun a bit too early? give him a chance to respond.

You paid $2800 and he couldn't even ship them 2nd or 3rd day? Thats $450 over the asking price. Next day air might have been a stretch BUT you should have them by now! I HATE when people don't respond to my e-mails or send a tracking number after purchasing an item. You purchased a high dollar item that you probably REALLY want. Johnny should understand that he is selling a very high value item which you probably will be "slightly" impatient for. 10 days? No dice! You should have them by now.

Johnny is a stand up guy. I don't believe he is out to scam anyone, maybe he got caught up with some stuff and hasn't been able to get around to it.
