Started swapping the interior out yesterday when I got home. Then I ran out of daylight but I'll have it finished up tonight. Then I'll have to beg my wife to do some more upgrades after this! All in all; didn't do to bad on a $150.00 black interior swap!

With my wife's help; we were able to get the swap complete last night before sun down. Now it's ready for a detail and some add ons. It looks like it was originally a black on black car with all of the pieces installed. Later this week I'll update the wheels with some chrome 05 units I have to get it nice and stock looking and that will conclude the stock phase. Then it'll be time to turn my attention to the old motor and start building it for the 1jz-GTE VVTI head!

Pretty funny, I bought a GS3 to swap out the black interior pieces but I ended up starting the swap on mine as you saw. Keep it coming OG.

Word! I wanna burn the account on parts but I have to wait til we get relocated to Nashville. Plus everything I need to find is becoming more rare to locate ( Tom's, Blitz, TRD specific Aristo stuff, etc ) I've set out to replicate the Red joint that's in my earlier posts. Although I did run up on a nice deal on some JDM visors.

What's next on your whip kid?

i got too many things going on. I only work on the cars when i have a chance. Too many car projects too little time. If you were referring to the gs3, i'm just trying to button up a few things and get it running smoothly. GTE is idling but without the MAF so i believe its bad. Also trying to figure out all the trans indicator gremlins. As far as the parts go I believe you and I share the same interest in the old school way of modding our cars. I like the simple clean look and you really can only find that with the 90's early 2000's parts that are hard to come by.

I hear that! My truck was my main focus for a while but I've pretty much maxed out what I want to do to it. Now I have time for the GS! I know you'll get the GTE squared in due time. Yes we share the same taste in these cars. I really like that TRD look with some TE's or Advans on it. Nice tuner look.

Well I had time last night to break the motor down and get it ready for the build up. I forgot how funky it is when you separate the head from the block! DAMN! Anyway, I'll get the block over to Jeff @ Power Dynamix today. Can't wait to get it back and ready for that 1.5 Jigga!

Any interest in some L-Tuned skirts? I'm in Houston. Asking $425 but negotiable if you are willing to pick up.

Mild update; the motor was dropped of w/ Jeff @ Power Dynamix. There's a big list of things being done to the motor to get it ready for E85/93oct. I'm hoping to get around 7-750whp on the E85 tune and 5-550 on 93 for my daily driving. We decided to keep the car auto trans in its natural state. Of course it will get built but the motor is the main focus right now. Also it saves me about $1500 by keeping the NA head and building it versus running the GTE variant. Engine management will be the AEM Infinity 5. The build should take about 2-3 months to get squared away. And I have a little surprise on the turbo being used!

This is a lot of money but it's a full TRD lip kit if you're still interested in one.
