Excellent work this year. Though winter isn't a reason to put a car away in Southern Cali, I'll be garaging mine for the work I mentioned in my build thread. Besides, wet roads are no fun with comp tires. Almost totalled my vette getting stuck in surprise rain once. Will you be able to work on yours in the garage still, or do you have to store it and forget it till late spring kind of thing?
Thanks brother! Yea I have minimal room in there to do a few things. It does get cold here in Mid-Tenn. For the winter, I’ll be focusing on stocking items for the online store and getting things as they come available for phase 3 which is all focused around the R154 swap. If I can get it to the shop for some welding in the chassis that would be great. I promised the family a big Christmas so I can allocate a few more funds to the car once 2026 gets here. And I know how those Vette’s are 😂!
Small little winter project that I completed on my day off! I know my eyes weren’t gonna agree with the Greddy turbo timer flashing blue and red out countdown so I opted for the green lit Blitz FATT 4. And since I’m not too worried about blowing frigid AC through the cabin, I wanted to utilize the center ac vent section. Hand cut and trimmed it out and I love how it turned out!
Please tell me you are going to paint it black or do it in carbon!!
A part of me likes the raw metal look! I have to do minor trim work on it to make it as flush as possible but. The shift bezel will remain raw metal as well, plus the door panels, rear bulkhead and trunk metal.
Store items arrived along with a couple desired items for the car. It’s cool seeing the inventory stack up and still a ways to go but enjoying the journey. Vents and Sard meter are for the GS. Cusco arm brace is Altezza specific, and the 4aGe covers with the cap, AE86.
Sard Attack meter set in place. All of the monitoring devices have now been acquired! Not pictured is the Sard Trigger boost controller but I went ahead and mounted the solenoid. Electrical is a major focus for next year along with the other projects to stay on track. Should come out exactly how I’ve dreamt it to be. 1st run of stickers and more inventory arrived as well and we’re beginning to pick up steam!

Kicking off 2026 phase 4 the right way! Late nights paid off and got a hold of the prized ORC triple clutch. Way more bite than I really need but I’ll get used to it. I’ve been busy with setting the business up but I’ll keep the pics and updates coming as I can.
That flywheel looks pretty beat up. In addition to the scoring, are those stress cracks in the 9 to 10 o'clock areas? If so, I wouldn't trust that one.. Looks similar to the OS Giken I have. You might want to look into one of them in dual or triple configuration. Collin's sells them. But both twin and triple disk are gonna be harsh for street if they are unsprung clutches. Unsprung clutches are nasty harsh and chattery. If you can find a sprung twin or triple disk it will be much more streetable. I hate my Giken twin 4 puck for anything besides holding my power, that Ogura one will be similar.
Finally showing some love to the LS! Been a while since I’ve been slammed so feels great to slide again. Need a couple more fixes to smooth her out but she’ll help promote my business.
