I really wanted to keep the factory intake cover, and knew I would have to modify! Well, after some slow cutting (check twice! cut once!) attitude.
I'm stoked to say the least with the finished product...

Before

After

Had to trim a bit off the lower to fit over the AOS

Also, how'd you cut the engine cover so cleanly?!?

We used an air saw believe it or not. I just taped off the portion to be cut. Then used an air sander to clean up the edges

Oh boy, I just posted THIS thread on the GS350 forum since I wanted to install the RR Racing 490 supercharger on my car. Curious to see your GSF dyno results.

Had a chance to get the Dyno done. Very happy with the numbers! Like I said before RR_Racing did a fantastic job with this kit. Numbers probably would have been higher if I didn't have cats. Enjoy~

On the chart -
First Run File is stock
Second is Novel full exhaust
Third is RR_Racing SC

Seems that the NOVEL full system give about 25~ to the wheels

That is the same question I have, as it didn't make sense to me, should have been a Progressive Linear curve...

It might have to do with the fact that the dyno chart has an STD correction factor instead of an SAE

RCF SC does tend to have some waviness in the dyno plot, but the bigger bumps in this graph are due to ignition correction caused by insufficient cooling on the dyno... having a single fan is simply not enough and does not begin to replicate the kind of airflow the intercooler sees on the road. Removing the front bumper and added cooling on the dyno will smoothen the curve.

Realistically, you can get 25-30hp. Remember I'm running high flow cats, but still they are restrictive. I'm working with Novel on a cat free mid pipe

I'm not 100% sure why, glad Rafi jumped in on this one. Thanks, for your input
