Default Silvermane the RCF

I wanted to chip in and share my mods, the more information that is out there the more likely someone else will take the plunge and mod their car.

list of mods:

Carbon fiber varis wing
Painted orange brake calipers (G2 ebay) with brembo decals
HPS Blue silicone intake elbow
Afe Dry airfilter
Hood vent water tray removed
RS-R i-sport adjustable coilovers
Fronk 10k and rear 14k lowering springs
SPC rear camber arms
25mm rear wheel spacers
Magnaflow axle back exhaust with custom cat back H pipe
Apexi throttle controller
Carbon fiber dash kit
Vented drivers seat mod (two additional fans)
2 identical sets of wheels (summer and winter rubber)
DCTMS carbon fiber/alcantara steering wheel
Glove box mounted gun holster
Escort Passport radar detector (mirror mounted)
Armrest box tray
All weather rubber mats

On paper it doesn't seem like much i know, but it doesn't take much to get this car to be special and unique, but if you want to see crazy mods, here's the ride i sold to get the RC.

More pics when its daylight!

Sure thing, I'll post them as I remember to take them.

Heres the DCTM wheel, it was a custom order so if you want one like this you'll need to work out the details with them, they do have a few regular production models available I think.

Nice!!! What else do you have planned?

I do not really like FRS's in general, but that one looks good.

She was fun, but a money pit.. i kept throwing parts at it to get more power and fun out of it.. unfortunately it just wasn't what i wanted in the end.

As far as next on the list, that would be gutting the primary cats and getting the RR racing ecu tune.

This may get confusing but ill try my best.. As we all know the vented seats don't work the best compared to other vehicles. So i decided to do something about it

First i removed the drivers seat , making sure to hydrate on hello kitty drank

Next i acquired some PC case fans

i removed the stock fan and a screen filter from its housing, then i cut out a small amount of seat foam in the butt/taint area :P

I strapped on a large fan right over the hole and hoped for the best.

Then on to the seat back, not much space available there with the lumbar support. I decided to use the smaller fan as a means of sucking in air from the shoulders

removed the 5 point seat belt pass thoughs, and the black mesh inside.

Here they are, connected they seal off any air flow, so a few speed holes and she's inhaling nicely.

the bottom all back together and ready to install

One last mod, the seats depend on ambient air temp , so i directed the floor vents 90 degrees up and into the seat bottom.

Back in the saddle.

The point is, the seats at stock didn't pass the muster, for $80k i expected an ice tray in my chair.. we got a hot plate from a cheap coffee maker..
After this mod i can tell you it's much better. but the underlying problem is still there.. If its hot as crap the seats struggle to cool, if its cold out, the seats can freeze your *****.

I think its due to the great amounts of leather and bolstering, its a trade off i suppose. i'd be super curious to see our seats covered in cloth.
Was it worth it, sure.. it cost only 20$, and time, and i learned stuff, and getting more familiar with your cars inner workings is priceless.. can it be improved on, yep. on your time, not mine.

So heres the radar mount, it anchors to the mirror and gets its power from the mirror cluster. Super clean, no suction cups no flopy bouncing.

Heres a good shot of what ebay caliper paint can do, i painted the on the car, degreased them prior, scuffed with green scotch bright, and coated about 4 times. topped it off with some nice brembo decals,
