Default Spoke Too Soon

Outside diameter is about right.

Farthest inner diameter is small still.

Now this is frustrating, it seems to taper in from outside diameter to inside instead of straight through.

Now since I have the air separator tool I will go back to stock first.

Hoping again for Airrex to make it right.

Pretty much I explained that this stepped larger diameter section is approx 17.42mm and 12.70mm in length.

It tapers down after that.

OEM measured best I can is 17.70mm from inside largest and barely tapers to 17.42 near the outer edge.

Hope 3rd times the charm!

Okay the rep said it will work just draw it in with a nut. Upon initial testing it does seem to go in and not many choices so we're just gonna do it. Hope no stud breaks.

Was just using oem struts how it went in without a nut as reference and thought these would be similar.

Fingers crossed!!!

Struts put in FINALLY! Waiting on my trunk guy to deliver the lines tomorrow to begin testing.

I documented most of it on video.

I'll shoot over some updates after this is all finalized.

Default Trunk Sneak Peek + More Woes

So here's a sneak-peek of my trunk.

But there's more issues. The ECU is leaking and not lines or fittings or tank so need to RMA get a replacement for that as well. More downtime...

Yeah people trip out when they see it cause they used to the long skinny shiny tube. Mines all fat and chunky but it fits in our center back area perfectly though being a 5 gal.
