Another Houston guy. Love this build man. Especially those wheels.

 

Got some new goodies I'm going to post in a few after I take some pics. Delivered motor to Ken Chou who's doing the swap and came across some issues with the 2j I bought from this con artist that owns Oasis Car Care here in Houston. Lied and told me the motor had been compression/leak down tested, but when my builder went to test it himself, he found 4 bad cylinders. So now the motor is being torn down and sent to the machine shop. Picked up a megasquirt ecu and started ordering parts for the bag setup. Copped 2 viair 444c compressors and waiting on my airlift 3h setup now.... More updates coming soon

 

Awesome build so far! I picked up a GS300 in december for my daily. I'm a local Houston guy too. Don't know much about these cars other than a bad *** platform to start for a swap. I talked to autobahn about the swap and now i'm seriously thinking I may need a daily for my daily lol
