Default LS400 turbo

Hi Guys,

time to introduce my 1996 LS400 with a GT35r.
Car is delivering 435rwhp and 775Nm at 0.9 bar.
Engine is a complete stock unopened UCF10 and also the automatic is stock.
Absolutely no problems with the engine or tranmission for more then 5000 of hard driven autobahn kilometers.

Very interesting!

couple of questions for you.
what are you using for tuning?
why did you use the 1UZ from a ucf10?
do you have the dyno sheets?

a single gt35R seems a bit small for a 4L V8...

For tuning, he's using the E-Manage system from Greddy. (Source: He made a post in the Lexus Ls400 group on Facebook, where he answered some questions, and went into further detail.)
He used the UCF10's 1UZ because of the stronger connecting rods. (Source: Translated the Facebook post he linked.)

We did the "upgraded valve body" mod for the stock automatic...
The car drives MUCH better now, no slipping when accelerating and shifting under full throttle...

PERFECT upgrade

I think it has to do with much more than that. Like custom oil pressure/volume tuning... Really advanced stuff that should be left to the professionals IMHO.
