so whats the plan on a clutch peddle? only ask cause im doin a 1jz swap on mine.
I could have used the sc300 pedal kit from driftmotion or something like that the supra. But I am going with the is300 to kill two birds with one stone. I'll dress up the pedals and have a clutch and manual brake pedal.
I am with you, it was a pain... And it wasn't in the engine bay yet, I can't imagine if it was in the engine bay. Cursing and all kinds of shenanigans would have happened. I prefer to not swap it until I have it like I want it, I want to minimized the amount of times I have to remove the engine from the engine bay.
I don't think I'll have it ready until next summer anyways so I'll just collect really good quality parts.
Not a lot of updates for a while. I have been stalled because I need to get more parts. I am getting rather close to getting everything I need for the swap. Driveshaft and engine mounts have been purchased. They should be arriving soon like today 9/18/14. Things should start picking up though.
Cool. I want to get the Sard drop in injectors too.
Build is coming along nicely. Getting parts in is the fun part. When you actually start installing parts, make sure you go to CVS/Walgreens and buy the biggest box of band-aides that you can find.

You'll thank me later.
I got a set of gloves, so they have prevented many boo boo's, I am able to keep my hands out of harms way. But I appreciate the tip, my daughter has me covered in the band-aides which are hello kitty. So I think if indeed I get injure on the job, I can use those.
