08 RX350 Ticking Sound at engine start

08 RX350 Ticking Sound at engine start
I notice on my 2008 RX350 that when I first start it I hear the engine ticking like it is not getting enough oil but after a couple minutes it goes away. Oil level is good and no warning lights on the dash. I had a 2005 ES and never heard this before. Should I be concerned?
