The little nipple thing is a hard black plastic rod the diameter of roughly as close to what i needed to fit into the grill holes. I then filed and sanded it down until it fit into the grill holes and then bore a hole into the middle and put a screw to hold it onto the factory License plate mount.
I can get some better pictures of all the separate piece if you wish as I can disassembly it to show you.
I also have a couple of these spare plastic rods as well (had to order in bulk just to use half of one). PM me and I will try to find them if you need some.

How did you secure it to the plate. In the video it looks like you have some foam on the back of the plate and then the rod comes out of the foam. Very nice. I'm sure with the correct parts and some time to play ill come up with my own solution but any advice before hand helps.
Waiting on my headlights to come in and ill be pulling the bumper off.

I am so down for one of those plastic rods and will happily send you the cash for the shipping.

I'll do a better video in a week or so explaining everything and how I assembled it so its more clearer to understand.
Thank you! Very much appreciated just found out my fog lights and headlights are on the way. Hoping to pull the bumper off do head lamps, fog lights, carbon grill and license plate all at the same time lol

Possibly in the future, '17+ OEM diffuser or just finish the Skipper kit, if Greddy ever makes a Quad tip exhaust.
I did not like the way the exhaust sat with the Seibon diffuser. The exhaust has to be cut and extended to be able to line up with the edge of the diffuser properly.

Picked up Tsudo midpipe locally that someone was selling used. When will I have a chance to install it? who knows
