Hey guys! I'm just going to use this thread to help keep track of maintenance and upgrade projects I plan and complete.

Specs: 2003 GS300 w/ SportDesign pkg
As of today (4-24-2014) approx. 117,000 mi ODO.
Got the car in Nov of 2009 w/ ~78,000 mi from my uncle who let me have it for $10K

Previously replaced:
water pump (somewhere around 90,000 mi)
Driver's side front door, door lock actuator motor (rather than replace the whole plastic casing, my uncle and I cut it open, put in the new motor, glued it back together). Saved about $100 in parts, $300 in labor.
passenger's side wedge light (194 bulb)
Drv side main taillight bulb (March 2014).
Cabin filter (April 2014)

Planning to upgrade:
Wedge lights, (194 and 9005)
Headlight restore kit (RainX, I'll give a review on that when it happens)
One of my door lock actuators is starting to give up. Gotta figure out which one and replace it.
Decklid spoiler is coming up on driver's side. Gotta glue/tape it down.

AND THE BIG ONE! Air conditioning servos! I'll try to document it and let you know how it goes.

Update on the car, driver's side rear door lock has a delay in it. Still functions, but doesn't lock/unlock until about a full second after all of the other doors have locked/unlocked. I'm guessing actuator. I'll add it to the list of things to replace this summer.

 

Well the rear driver's side door motor has now quit entirely, so for now it sits locked. Also, passenger's side rear window motor sounds like it's on its last legs. Anyone have any experience replacing a window motor that wants to offer suggestions? No updates recently because I've been stuck at school away from my tools and free time, but hopefully I'll be back in July.

Thanks armanitran! I've only seen one other GS in that color. It's definitely one of my favorites! For now, I don't have any major modifications planned. I'm pretty limited on budget at the moment (currently a college student), but I'm trying to replace parts that fail with higher quality stuff. I just got some LED lights to put in the wedge lights (the 194, not the 9005 high beams). I'll post pics after I get those in.

 

I have the eBay 16-LED bulbs and they match perfectly with the 5000K HID's.
