3rd gen is350 rear camber issues with velgen and tein a tech
I have a 19 inch velgen wheel set up on my 2014 is 350i dropped it wth tien s tech springs and I notice the camber on the rear tires looks off and I'm worried about tire wear the alignment shop said they can't ajust the camber caus the car doesn't allow that much room

i have lowered my 3is on rsr down springs and the shop was able to bring everything back within specs. it definitely threw the cambers off once the car got lowered. i have before and after spec sheet up somewhere on this forum

That's really strange...How can they bring everything up to normal spec if the front camber is not adjustable...? The rear, sure, they can tweak that. But you need adjustable front camber arms to move it back to original spec. Either your car isn't that lowered to cause any front camber change which occurs usually when there is no gap, or I'm missing something. When I lowered mine on rs-r coilovers, the front went like / \. And there isn't a thing you can do to correct than other than new arms, or raise it more.

as long as the toe is set you should be fine. you'll have natural camber due to the lowering springs and diff wheel set-up. i'd still ask for an alignment spec sheet print-out from the shop. at least that way you will know exactly what the specs are. then worse case get those camber arms from the guy in Tampa. but once you adjust the camber the toes and cast will need to be adjusted also.

There is a relationship between camber and wheel offset as well. Most people only consider the drop but pushing your wheels outwards also affects camber. I discovered this on my 2011 TL when the wheels i ordered as +40 showed up as +35 and i did not catch it. I had researched my wheels and drop and shouldn't have had any issues but........
I went with an SPC rear camber kit and the issue was resolved. They're not cheap but i found that adjustable ball joints are not an acceptable option.
