Okay so don't shoot me for not uploading pictures yet, I'm just taking a break right now and grabbing something to eat. I've been in my shop since about 9am this morning getting this thing done. One of my techs is also helping me, we've been going strong, taken 2 breaks (including this one for food)
Here is what I've been doing.
-clean new engine from top to bottom, new hoses
-install turbo's on engine with new gaskets
-clean and flow test injectors, install return fitting
-solder a few wires, clean up wiring
-pull engine and tranny from car
-clean engine bay
LOTS of cleaning, i've probably spent 3/4 of my time today cleaning stuff.
It's about 8:30pm right now, just mounted the tranny on the engine, just going to drop it into the car in about 10 minutes.
So in summary, in 1day, I'll have the old engine out, fresh clean engine in

some new pics and videos
i'm running super low boost, and even still it still spins the wheels anytime i accelerate. found a nice decently dry piece of road and made a quick video. it pulls decent, a lot better than the ge, that's for sure.
can't wait to crank the boost up and get my summer wheels on it! Winter can go away now, k thanks.

not difficult at all. if you go single turbo, it's even easier.
the stock twins are a ***** to fit, the rear inlet elbow rubs against the firewall and heater core. I ended up using a front elbow for the rear and modifying it.
converting the fuel system to return was pretty straight forward as well, used the stock feed as a return and ran a -6 feed from the pump to the rail.

thanks sakataj, i had to cut the bumper like that to fit the intercooler. i'll be going vertex this spring, and from what i hear, lots of room for the IC.
like i said previously in the thread, i don't like airbags so i deactivated them. didn't bother doing the extra wiring to make VSC work, i hate vsc as well, the green light is power mode, and the other light is from one of my reverse lights being burned out since my tail light keeps filling up with water. option racing won't return my phone calls to warranty these lights.
i'll eventually pull the bulbs for the vsc and airbag.
