Sent your tuner an updated file today with a much better, smoother spark table, as well as timing/fuel cuts set up through the AT shift, better vvti map, and a bunch of other good stuff. Hopefully you make it to your upcoming car show with the car running well, and I'll see you when your Aristo is ready to go.

Man....I throw a few of those away every week. We use those on the Super hornet. We chuck them away every time we replace cracked piping in the fuel cells. I coulda got you them for $Free 90 free!!

The teeth wear out too, back when I had my shop Auto Tuner we had many cars with worn down teeth on these HKS purple cam gears, it was crazy. Maybe they changed the metal since then, not sure.
Also the 3 bolt gears will slip under heavy torque, that why Titan and other designed theirs with 5 bolts.

This was 2004 or so, I've seen the 3 bolt cam gears slip on the dyno, thats why Titan went 5 bolt. It could be very bad for your motor to have one of tose gears max out in one direction. Darin from DD Tuning set up my car and he runs 8.3 @ 180 MPH on stock cam gears so thats what I run.
Sometimes I do miss the cruisability of the auto when just going somewhere and eating or talking on the phone. but the manual makes the GS a whole different car all together. Nobody expects you drop gears on them, I've surprised the **** out of a few sports cars on the freeway.
