hahah yeah man, Greddy 5 row crash bar lol. Yeah they're custom end tanks, the ones on the core were for an R34 GTR, didn't really work for my setup.

The teeth wear out too, back when I had my shop Auto Tuner we had many cars with worn down teeth on these HKS purple cam gears, it was crazy. Maybe they changed the metal since then, not sure.

Also the 3 bolt gears will slip under heavy torque, that why Titan and other designed theirs with 5 bolts.

Back in 2001 maybe, they revamped them a long time ago. I have them in 20+ cars running over 600whp for over 5 years now with 0 issues.

This was 2004 or so, I've seen the 3 bolt cam gears slip on the dyno, thats why Titan went 5 bolt. It could be very bad for your motor to have one of tose gears max out in one direction. Darin from DD Tuning set up my car and he runs 8.3 @ 180 MPH on stock cam gears so thats what I run.

Sometimes I do miss the cruisability of the auto when just going somewhere and eating or talking on the phone. but the manual makes the GS a whole different car all together. Nobody expects you drop gears on them, I've surprised the **** out of a few sports cars on the freeway.
