simple stuff. engine must be same year or newer and must be more efficient than the factory motor. Must use all smog equip/evap. CAN BUS / OBDII must be fully functional as if its in the original car. Any aftermarket parts must have an E.O #.

more details is on the B.A.R website.

btw... search my name on NWP / HT. A bunch of threads about many of my cars i built and BAR'd.

i wish DGR fabrication was closer to me. I would like them to build my roll cage , and help me do a six speed swap in my GS...on my aristo motor.

you actually have 2 of the best people for this job located in fl, look up adamgamz 6 speed conversion on the forums, best swap i have ever seen, and for cage there is a guy in fl, leave your interior in. when he is done he puts his business cards in-between the headliner and cage to show how tight it is with out touching.

Compared to my other cars. This is an inexpensive build. Not sure the total. Many parts were given to me by manufacturers.

Man, this could be a nice option over turbo charging the GS if you can get it BAR'd like you said in CA. I had a turbo Mustang but had to take off all the parts before smog. What a PITA.

Yep. Been there done that. Now I make them legal. It's just not worth getting REF tix after REF tix.
