Mike,

Everything looks good! especially the tranny cover w/ cup holders. so they clear all 6 gears and reverse? I went different route but that deffinately looks clean!

Agreed nicely done. That trans must have the tightest pattern ever to have full swing with only that much width. Toyota transmissions have the 5 gear way out in right field, I tried to get it all inside the hole, even if I had cut/angled the shifter it still wouldn't work. I used a C's short throw shifter which brought the pattern in considerabley but 5th is still a mile away from third..

Hi peter. Only when getting into reverse does the shifter rod barely touch the bottom of the cup holders. Not enough to bother me. All 1-6 gears clear with about 3/4" on left and right side.

Hope you're car is coming along

thank you!

Yes the T-56 has a very close 1st through 6th and not wide spread out like the toyota or a honda.

i don't use reverse. I just roll the car back with my feet. 5 point turns and parallel parking gives my feet a work out

New wheels are on and the car looks much better. These wheels flow better and i like the fitment and fat tires.

Work Emotion 11R
18x8.5 +38
255/40 tires

18x9.5 +38
285/35 tires

cell phone pictures for now...

i feel like the front should be just a tad lower, I'll wait until everything settles then adjust.
