Default Need help with paint damage/slight rust on 2003 ES300

I have a 2003 ES300 and there is some botched repair I think on the front bumper and some rust damage on the rear license plate. How can I fix the damage here?

I'm an ameteur when it comes to auto repair so any help would be appreciated!

The front bumper will need a respray as it appears you have extensive chipping and it appears it may have been repainted at one time in the vehicles life. The rear rust under the license plate will also require some body/paint work. You could spot sand it to remove the rust and cover it will touch up primer, base coat, and then clear coat to protect it and no one would ever really notice it. Bottom line, paint work is needed for both.

Thanks a lot! I'll see what I can do.
