Default Bumper Holes

Thanks to the dealer where I bought the car, there are now FOUR! holes on the front bumper. I don't understand why they couldn't just use the existing holes to put the license plate holder. Now I'm stuck with these holes and I'm looking for a cheap alternative to fill them. I like the clean look of the front end without the plates and don't want to spend a fortune at a body shop, but I also don't want 4 dots either. Anybody know what I can do/use?

You can grab a razor blade, cut off the lifted edges to where it is smooth and you can use touch up paint.

Or they sell plugs you can insert into the holes, and again use touch up paint to paint the tips of it.

if you are willing for the body shop to paint, you can do the prep work yourself for cheap.
Dab some 3M lightweight body filler, smooth it on ..let it cure, and sand with progressively finer sand paper.
