Default My opinion on Optimum Opti Eraser

i like it... just wanted to spruce up my OC coating. felt some contaminants on part of the hood and trunk, so i figured i'd hit a panel with some ONR and some OPC... then used my ONR solution with a tiny bit of Opti Clean mixed in. might have gotten a grabby feeling twice during the whole procedure but felt that it was nothing serious, the rest of the time with the eraser was smooth as fish grease. it did a great job of getting the contaminants out, it also left no marring or scratches. read a few reviews where people were not to happy with OOE... i did not have a problem with it at all. would definitely recommend.

Maybe it works better on the OC?

In every instance that I have used it, I have felt that it gets "grabby" quite often. I am typically using it on highly contaminated surfaces though, so I'm sure that also has something to do with it.

you may have a point... maybe it does work better on OC. plus my paint is pampered so that may have something to do with it also. wifes boss has a Pontiac G6 and OMG that car needs some TLC. she want s me to detail her car so i think i'll need the heavy grade OOE... and her headlights are so jacked up, i asked her if she can see anything when she turns on her headlights, they're heavily oxidized and lots of condensation as well. the point is that i'll see how well the OOE works on her car.

That's exactly what you need, a test mule belonging to someone else. Now that will be good test case!
