Default Problem with Leather in SC430

My wife's 2003 SC430 has saddle leather. It is in good condition except that the surface of the seats feel a liitle waxy and slightly tacky. When it's warm outside, the seats will stick a little to your clothing. What's really odd is that if you place something with a bit of weight on the seat it will leave impressions on the seat for days. It will eventually disappear. I also noticed that when I clean and condition the leather (I use Leatherique products - Prestine Clean and the conditoner) the seat color comes off on the cloth I'm using. It is quite noticeable.

About 1 year ago, I had a leather renovating company re-dye a few areas of the seating. I don't know if that has anything to do with what's going on now. I take very good care of the interior. But the current condition is really bothersome. Does anyone have any suggestions for remedying these problems? Thanks, Mike
