Default Detailing Question

So I really dont like the yellowing or foggy headlights. It is extremely hot here lately and I was curious what I can do to keep them from fogging up. I know you can get stuff to fix them once they are fogged but what about preventing it? Has anyone tried armor all-ing it? It has a UV protectant. Just cruious if that would protect the headlights like it protects your interior. Would it discolor the headlight or damage them in anyway?

I had my front end (complete hood, bumper, fenders, mirrors and headlights) covered in a ppf. The ppf should keep the headlights from weathering/fogging (hopefully!).

I like to use a plastic polish from Mothers, PlastX from Meguiar's works as well.

FYI, once you polish headlights you remove the protective coating they come with from the factory that prevents the yellowing. You need to reseal the headlights with a UV protector in order to keep them from yellowing faster. You also could probably use something like poli-seal wax too, though you'd have to apply it every few months.
