God, it takes a real scumbag to do something like that. I've often wondered what I would do if I was strolling up to my car and saw someone in the act of doing that.
Shouldn't be too bad for a detailer to fix. By detailer, I recommend AGAINST those cheap shops. Anyway, I fixed a key scratch for joeeker that ran from the beginning of the rear fender to the end. Blended it in to the point where you couldn't see it unless you looked. It did take a week tho since you gotta apply touch up paint, let dry, then wetsand and polish. That however took place in 2 days (week break)
Thats my recommendation anyway. You can PM me for more info if you wish
Sorry to hear this, it happen to me last week also. I'm planning to use my touch up paint that matches my color with a toothpick to fill it in alittle at a time. ( will take some time) so over time it will be like a bump over the paint. I will then wetsand from 1500-4000 grit paper follow up with a compound and polish. I will post it when I can get a chance to do this.
srsly... i think OP has never seen a keyed car. Someone brushed up against it with a backpack/whatever.
It does kinda look like a light scratch, scuff mark, but its hard to tell from that pic. At least in that pic it doesn't look too deep, but ya never know.
