Don't really understand your question. Do you mean how many uses you get from one bottle because it all depends on how much you need to use or want to use, size/type of vehicle, amount of leather and condition of leather, size of Leatherique bottle, etc. I have used Leatherique and done the whole interior of my GS430 about 5 times and a leather jacket and leather belt once. I still have maybe a little less then half of a bottle left from their 16 oz bottle of rejuvinator/pristine clean, I did not use a ton of it on each use but a decent amount. It really depends on a few factors to get a rough estimate of how many uses you get out of one bottle but I would say to do a whole interior of a 4 door sedan you maybe able to get 10-14 applications if you don't use alot, if it is for more thorough cleaning/conditioning then you will need to use much more and may only get 6-8 uses out of a 16oz bottle of rej/prist.

exactly. depends on how much leather you're applying it to, and all of those other variables UDel mentioned.
The rejuvinator oil really isnt used more than 1 or 2x a year on your own vehicle, so figure you get at least one year out of that bottle if its just for your own car. The prestine clean will again mostly depend on those variables listed above.
Heres the package if interested:
