Carpet Stains

What OTC products did you guys use to remove stains from Light colored or Cashmere carpets?

I'd try one of the foaming cleaners like tuff stuff or something like that first. Just spray it on, wait 30 seconds; scrub with damp cloth or brush and wipe with dry cloth.

Like anything else, test it on an inconspicous area first; but those have always worked pretty well for me. I'd hesitate to use them on real delicate fabrics like a headliner but for normal car carpet that's the first thing I'd try.

thanks...any1 tried Quik Out before on a light colored carpets?

Woolite + Water diluted around 10:1(woolite) or a little more woolite for heavier stains.

Yes. It took a red wine stain out of some beige carpet. Worked pretty well IMO.

+2 on the Quik Out. I got a sample(a whole can) from a Megs class last saturday and it works quite well =)
